PRICING POLICY

Antonov Design Bureau is offering two options for customers:

1.

Buying.  In order to successfully compete with other super cargo-planes the pricing policy is very flexible.  The penetration pricing strategy is based not on offering the lower price but offering price which is relatively equal to competitors, offering at the same time more capabilities of product.  There is variety of options to choose from, according to financial ability of a buyer.  If buyer is capable to pay whole price now, the plant has possibility to supply two already built aircrafts for sell.  Another option is progressive (gradual) financing of new buildings.  More over, after buying of first plane, buyer has an option to make his gradual payments after certain amount of work is done.  Pricing is also varies with different modifications of plane (cargo or passenger-cargo).

2.

Leasing.  Leasing policy is also very flexible and based on low price proposition.  Leasing contract, according to client desire, at any moment might be transferred into buying contract on beneficial for buyer terms.  One of our unique proposition is shot-term leasing.  Contracting in this case is based on estimations of exploitation by time and flying time (number of take offs). Due to plane’s unique capabilities we foresaw the situations when businesses or governments would need single serves of ANT-124; and we have already succeeded in offering one-time cargo transportations. The good examples are: carrying the patrol boats; transportation of oversized generator for power plant (Germany-India).
